On the north facade the ladders were made in two pieces due to the length of the run.  We forgot to add additional straps at the end of each ladder to hold it in place.  The two ends were diving apart from one another, so we held them together (by standing on them!) and nailed the two parts together!

This helped and we also added in two additional straps under this ladder to help hold the next two courses of bales and ladder.
