The mortar bed does not seem to be any harder than it was yesterday evening.  It is set but can be indented with a finger print if pressed firmly.  We were worried about starting the lay the blocks tomorrow, that the weight of them would squash the mortar bed.  We did pile a few blocks on top of it to test it and it seemed ok.
